Good morning, there was a lot of posting about back to back visa exempts beinge banned starting August 13. Since the ban has started, I have not seen any new posts. What is the current real practice concerning back to back visa exempts, especially with same day retunr flight.

That was August 13th of 2014 not this year.

You can probably get away with a couple of back to back visa exempt entries without being questioned about it if doing them by air.

While not wanting to qualify anything the far more erudite @ubonjoe writes, I think back-to-back visa exempts by air returning to Bangkok are probably OK if you are not living here on tourist entries and have few prior visa exempts. I would certainly not try it clearing immigration at Phuket airport.
