a recently renovated, partly furnished, freestanding, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a very secure and neat and tidy village. this house is in a gated village 7km from the clock tower. central and big c are a 5 minute drive away. the bedrooms are large and 2 of them are airconditioned. when renovating, we made the kitchen area spacious and allowed for good bench space. there are 2 beds, a sofa, a dining table, kitchen cabinet, tv and thai satellite, and 2 wardrobes.. the house is on 60 talang wah. it is 60 metres to the village park, which is very well kept, and a quiet place to sit and relax. 2 million baht is the asking price.....but open to  negotiation.

What do you mean by renovated? What works were done?

the house area was made larger. the back wall of the house was taken out and extended. thus a larger kitchen area and bedrooms. the parking area and around the house was tiled, and an undercover laundry area was made.....all done by local tradies...did a good job
