There is an ENT clinic on Sukhumvit, near Soi Nern Plub Wan. 300 Baht and very.....errmm....swift service.

I ended up using Loma clinic on Naklua Rd just past Soi 27. Very quick service... 250thb. I would heartily recommend them.
