The Role:

An exciting opportunity for an experienced sales person to join a growing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) company as an Account Manager. The role involves selling a range of solutions for business websites including Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Public Relations (SEPR), Pay Per Click campaigns and Shopping Feed Management campaigns

Role based in Sukhumvit soi 50 - UK working hours.

Job Description:

• Generating sales leads from cold calls

• Qualify prospects

• Answering sales enquiries by email and phone

• Producing initial ranking reports for prospects with follow up

• Understand the process of Search Engine Marketing including SEO, SEPR, PPC campaigns, Shopping Feed Management and Web Analytics in order to advise clients

• Provide guidance on Search Engine Marketing reports to clients and prospects

• Updating your clients regularly with order progress and delivery schedules

• Providing an effective link between suppliers and clients

• Maintaining and building relationships with suppliers and clients

• Produce client contracts with payment dates and terms

• Ensure client payments are received

• Maintaining and updating the client database and enquiry systems

• Regular analysis and evaluation of client campaigns

• Explore further revenue opportunities through existing accounts

• Build accounts through SEM partners and resellers

• Understanding and developing clients Unique Selling Propositions

• Identify key decision makers within a company

• Understand your customers buying processes and procedures

• Maintain a good knowledge of the Search Engine Marketing industry and any significant changes in the market trend

• Provide an exceptional level of customer service to prospects and clients

Requirements:

• Proven track record in B2B sales

• Understanding of marketing and/or e-commerce desirable

• Proactive approach

• A self motivator

• A flexible and ethical attitude to work

• Ability to articulate clearly and concisely in both written and spoken English
