If someone does an extension of stay based on marriage but have a condo in his name and stay there and wife is staying in different address, how complicated this will be from immigration point of view?

 

Or should they just take the photos together in front of the condo? 

 

I do understand that in default married couples stay under same roof but some cases work or other circumstances can make things different. 

 

Because the immigration is now giving fines not staying at the 90 days report address, this might be a question some people need an answer.

When doing the extension you need to be staying at the address used on the application.

Being separated for employment reasons should be accepted.

You should be spending most of your time at your registered address. Being away for short periods of time is acceptable.

But fraudulent marriage to remain in Thailand is a catchphrase currently so without valid reasons I would expect a close exam.
