Marriage visa enquiry

Featured Replies

I have got my marriage visa at samut prakan immigration. My 90 days is almost up.

What documents do i have to prepared to get my 90 days extension again?

Thanks

You seem to be asking about doing a report of staying longer than 90 days in the country that is not an extension.

You also appear to have an extension of stay based upon marriage not a visa.

You will need a completed TM47 form. Download:  http://www.immigration.go.th/nov2004/download/pdf/tm47.pdf  And your passport to do the report.

There have been reports that Samut Prakan wants copies of your passport also. I suggest you have a copy of the photo page, visa, entry stamp, extension stamp and TM6 departure card.

You can do the report up to 15 days before the report date or 7 days after.

A 90 day report is NOT an extension.  It is a report of having stayed in country for 90 days.

Make sure you understand the difference. Your extension of stay is stamped in your passport and should be clearly visible. You will need to renew the extension about 30 days prior to its expiry.
