will night clubs allow music and dancing?

I don't know - but an American busker in Boston is playing the Thai national anthem in the subway there. That music is most welcome of course.

God bless America for such wonderful support at this time.

I do understand that but you tell at first they come to Thailand for that venue and than later say it is just a part of the whole experience.

They actually changed their dates to be THERE at the date!

So: yes...it is just one part!

But it seems somehow to be an important one!

They are trying to protect themselves as much as they can, If anything is found on the site that can be interpreted in anyway as being against the security of the nation or against the monarchy, it is not our heads that will roll, its the editing team of TV! And the site will be closed down.....

This is why our Forum Rules are very clear on these issues.

As such, several comments on censorship and moderation have been removed from this thread.

Youtube video:-

Khaosan road, the heart of Bangkok's famous backpacker scene, is far more subdued than usual following the death of Thailand's King Bhumibol. The many bars which line the street have switched off their pounding loudspeakers, and staff are dressed in black mourning clothes. But young tourists are not complaining, and say it's important to respect Thailand's moment of national grief.
