kerr17 Posted April 15, 2017 Author Share Posted April 15, 2017 I went to the local immigration office in Spain (spoke with few different agents in different days) and I was always told that they don't care which visa she's entering with as long as she'll apply in person to get residency. So I'll ask a normal Tourist Visa (C type) of 90 days and use that to apply for residency, which seems to be pretty straightforward in there.
