4evermaat
When applying for visa before entering thailand (tourist or non-immigrant), if you are bringing either a child, spouse or other dependent with you, do they need their own visa? Or can they enter as a dependent on your visa? Do the dependents get something stamped in their passport by embassy issuing visa? When entering Thailand, is there any special marking on the entry stamp of the dependent? What about visa exempt entry?
lopburi3
Everyone must have there own visa for entry or enter visa exempt if allowed. Only those on one year extensions of stay have status for dependent option and the dependent still needs to obtain the visa for entry and any extension of stay.

And also funds to prove that they should be allowed to enter.
lopburi3
Normally people are not asked to show funds - but yes there is a requirement on the books for various types of entry. Most of the time this is only used for very suspect looking folks or those making many trips.
