cmtg1
but it has. No parking, no logic to the renovation (the twin towers could be rebuilt in less time), no inventory. It went from pretty good stock, pretty good quality, pretty good staff to NO HAVE, teenagers squeezing pimples wrather than helping clients, and no real sense to the actual layout of the store. Never again

He probably means Index the furniture store. A broadside of negative generalizations that, when posted on a public forum, would be actionable under Thai law. He should be aware that truth or falsehood are not relevant to Thai defamation laws. It is the intent to defame that can get you into trouble. Trujillo
I was not aware they made changes to Index Living Mall. Under Thai law, any statement can be defamation, even true statements such as, "You have black hair " or, "You've put on weight."

That's true in theory, but in legal practice the intent to cause harm to a person, business, or organization has to be proven in a court of law. jobin
I looked this up and what is required is a judgement by the judge. If he 'deems'...etc. No need for any fact to be proven. To deem is merely express an opinion, and if by the judge that is all that is needed.
