Q: Which 'message webboard' website would get the most traffic?

I need to ask questions that would get probable answer's.

My mother is looking to locate an ex. He has ran off after divorce proceedings without settling his debts and is a property developer of the lowest class, believed to be in Spain. There is a shortfall of my mothers lawyer's and solicitors fees!
