Jaray Posted November 7, 2016 Share Posted November 7, 2016 (edited) Does anyone know - has the vinyl record shop on Wualai Road (Wualai Records) closed permanently? I visited there but the shutters were not opened and there was a 'For Sale' notice affixed to the front of the second floor of the building, so I am wondering if the ground floor record shop has stopped selling. I brought a pile of vinyl back fromthe UK years ago as the dj at the monkey club was interested in retro 70s/80s vinyl. so weighing a ton in the suitcase I brought back a dozen 12" singles. Of course he had never heard of such classics like Tainted love and Blue monday and Bela Lugosis dead so still have them awaiting the reincarnation of the turntable....a long wait maybe, and my hair is getting shorter.
