PM: Foreign policy to remain unaffected from US election outcome

  

BANGKOK, 9 November 2016 (NNT) – The Prime Minister has given an assurance that the country's foreign policy won't be affected by the US presidential election outcome as Thailand will continue to cooperate with all countries at all levels. 

The Prime Minister Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha has declined to comment regarding the United States presidential election, saying he wishes to see the official outcome first. 

He said today that Thailand, as an important country in the ASEAN region, remains committed to cooperating with foreign nations in all respects to promote trade, investment, and to enhance the country's stability.
