A lot of noise, no cramps ever,  no diarrhea,  not really disturbing except noise  but after weeks I should do something about it.

Try Gas-Ex, available OTC.  There are many Thai medications that will do the same.

May be worth trying to figure out what is causing this.

 

Possibilities include Giardia and lactose intolerance. Although you don't have diarrhea, these sometimes present with gas alone. it is possible to become lactose intolerant later in life when you were not before. If you are at all constipated, that too will do it.

 

Giardia = get a stool test first, treat if giardia is found.

 

Lactose = try eliminating all dairy for a week and see if it helps.

 

Constipation = if you are, then increase fiber.

 

Otherwise, consider if there is anything else new in your diet that could be doing this. O

Why bother? Just live alone like I do.

I've got a nephew with the exact opposite problem: no noise but a stench that would curl your nose hairs.

His idea of a joke was to walk into the middle of a crowd and quietly release his lethal weapon. Then, when people would groan and look around to ID the source, the little pr**k would do the same.

Had an insatiable appetite for legumes too. His mother would set up cones outside the bathroom door whenever he was in there.

I always had the nagging suspicion he actually enjoyed his lot in life because the good-for-nothing- else layabout had no other discernible talent.

No annoyances to others, pressure only released controlled at will, no smell , none, actually self-cleaning with clean water, .

Strange but for that reason I didn't seek doctor's advice.

The reason why I bring this up on this forum is only to have a direction where, what for to look.

I prefer to seek docs after I 've gotten a rough idea. Often an internet search is good enough.

But human experiences always rank highest, TV Health Forum ! 

Where do you get your drinking water?  Been upcountry lately, or drinking stream water
