Blame the building when someone hangs themself?Sent from my iPad using Thaivisa Connect
cmsally
Shouldn't have something in a cell that could be used for self harm, that would include anything used to hang.

Perhaps the authorities could employ you to design the future perfection of jail cells with no features or facilities, nothing in them at all, just four plain walls. Doi Saket police said he was found dead at 6am on WEDNESDAY". It makes me wonder what was happening / happened with the prisoner through the circa 30 hours of Tuesday and Tuesday night and from midnight on Tuesday evening through to 6am on Wednesday? Even shoe laces work quite well. Thing is you don't need to hang swinging around, you just Need enough forward pressure while sitting down to black out and then it's all over Sent from my SC-01D using Tapatalk
