CHANANYARAK Phetcharat, managing director of DHL Express Thailand, says protecting and preserving the environment is the company’s “core strategic priority” – a fact that is evident across all its operations.

Chananyarak said 400 of the company’s employees had voluntarily collaborated with the Royal Forest Department on the “Ton Kla” (“Young Plant”) initiative in the Banglamung national forest in Chon Buri province. Under it, thousands of trees were planted.

Corporate employees of a large international company, of course they volunteered for it.

Who wouldn't want to get out of a sweatshop and into the sun?

Meanwhile back at home they have no issue with polystyrene being slung.

Nice of them to volunteer though, saves DHL money in advertising.

I'm not against being green, but i this instance ,shove your trees.
