Wanted to buy: 58-61cm carbon or aluminium frame road bike

Featured Replies

Looking to buy a 58-61cm carbon or aluminium frame road bike in Bangkok or close by.  My budget is up to 100k baht depending on condition/brand/components etc.  Would like to hear from anyone out there selling please, thanks

Thanks moonoi.  Checked with the shops that sell brands I am interested in, but nothing in my size.  95cm inseam

My inseam is 93cm, so size 58 specialized, 60 trek and L Giant in their road bike ranges should fit you perfectly

 not interested in Giant or Trek and 3 shops that carry Specialized I have checked have nothing in 58 or 61.  The last place I need to check is Sport Bicycle.  Cannot find anything in my budget and size from Cervelo, BMC, Pinarello or Cinelli.  So I am hoping someone might by chance be selling one in my size and in my budget.

Sport Bicycle did have a 58 S-Works Venge frameset in stock when I was looking back in September, I ended up taking an Allez Sprint X2 instead that they also had

Hehe that alone would already blow my budget.  I would have to sit and look at it for a year while I saved the rest for components

Sprint X2 nice!!  An Allez DSW SL Sprint (Expert or Comp) would be perfect, but not sure what price they would be in Thailand even if they had my size......  Bike Station puts huge markups on their Specialized bikes compared to list price + shiping + their import duty (1% I believe) which pushes them out of my reach

May I ask what you paid for the Sprint X2?

Came to just over 161k, but mine is a Specialized Edition No 4/120. It actually cost even more than that as I dumped the original crank and fitted a Rotor 3D+ Inpower.

The frame sets are around 50k, they will order if they don't have the size you want with a 30% deposit and takes around 3 months to arrive
