I use Life Tech for both CCTV and alarm system. Office in TukCom, main office behind BigC Pattaya Tai / Sukhumvit.

Speak Thai, English, German, I was pleased with the consulting, clean installation and also reaction times when I had issues after lightening.

There is a store in Harbor Mall called Tip4Buy that do a full range of cameras  4 and 8 channel boxes, surge protection for the cameras, GPS and cable, they will also set up a cloud for you for your phone. The owner is a very knowledgeable Palestinian gentleman who  speaks perfect English so you can ask questions and get sensible replies. They have a not very informative facebook page  but there is a picture of their storefront so you can recognize the store.

I wrote down some prices when I was there about 8 weeks back:

8 ch box 3500baht  no Hard Drive

4 ch box 2800baht  no Hard Drive

1.3 mp IR camera 1400

HD camera 1600 to 2000baht

Now you know as much as I do
