Mohammed Bilal is led to the location near Bangkok's Hua Lamphong Railway Station where police say he was handed the bomb later planted at the Erawan Shrine by bombing suspect Yusufu Mieraili during a police "re-enactment" on Sept. 26, 2015.

BANGKOK — A day after the trial got underway of two men accused of carrying out Thailand’s worst single terror attack, the court announced Wednesday it will not convene again until March.

The military court Wednesday said it will continue hearing from its first witness, a police investigator, on March 6.

So sedition and LM are more important cases than a mass casualty terrorist bombing in the heart of the nation's capital?

Just another example from the Thai justice system.

They got the bonus the day after they arrested this guy...why would they investigate more?

They have the wrong people, but had to grab someone. Now they can not prove anything.

The verdict is a foregone conclusion whatever evidence is presented to the court.

If police need to gather more evidence why was the trial started in the first place?

Appears that the trial was begun under admininstrative pressure, then police made the case that they weren't really ready that could undermne a guilty verdict. So delayed until March 2017.

They should have been executed by now. They don't even celebrate Christmas in Thailand so why the delay ? looks very suspicious.

Underpinning this quote are notions of  inalienable rights. Just not applicable.

would hope the guy is guilty otherwise the cops will have to hand back the reward. wonder if yingluck will have to give her billion dollar fine back if she is found innocent. hard to understand the justice system over here. from what i have seen refunds are almost impossible on anything.

Maybe there is another "bonus" payment due or maybe the interpreter that delayed the case in the first place died. A note to rice farmers there is a shortage of interpreters in the land.
