More like turkeys for paying overinflated prices.  It's only dried out old turkey for goodness sake.

 

I'd rather have a nice bit of lamb or beef.  Top quality lamb or beef though.

Taken by Ed at Rich Man Poor Man.  It looks like turkey prices are up, unless you buy domestically which results in smaller birds.

Wow. Quick web search you can get a Norbest Turkey coupon to buy for $0.79 pound if you buy $50 worth of groceries at participating stores. The fancy free range fresh chill Turkeys my elderly parents buy are 2.69/pound this year.

Last year Thailand was one of 18 countries that banned US poultry imports due to the bird flu outbreak.  Not sure where they're at now, other than the high prices on imported poultry.
