Featured Replies

Hi too all you out there,

I'm new here and i am urgently looking for an affordable furnished 2 bedroom condo/house in the area of south / central / north pattaya

It will be a long term stay for at least 1 year.

Does anybody has some good recommendations for a broker? or maybe have some property to rent?

i'm looking to start renting from the 1st of december

Thanks for the help!

What is affordable to you?  10k baht less/more?

I have a house for rent just off Sukhumwit road opposite the Thepprasit road junction. It's a single storey 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom end of row townhouse with a granny flat built on the side. It's unfurnished, but I can make a deal.

I have a 2bedroom 2 bathroom villa just up from Tesco Lotus South available from Monday , depends on your budget , let me know if interested .

For Pattaya city brokers you might try Big Mango,  Alan Bolton, Right Move Pattaya, or Gecko.  They all have websites.  You could also try rentals on Craigslist.

If i was looking id check out naklua soi 12....on the way to the sanctuary of silence....beautiful gated community of houses there. Loved the place. Hard to believe youre in pattaya yet close to all the insanity.
