al007 Posted November 26, 2016 Share Posted November 26, 2016 For those who may have QROPS pensions, I believe the UK chancellor is opening up flexible drawdown, as it has stated the 70% rule to provide pension is being abolished, we will know more in the DEC 5 statement It may need the local legislation also be amended as well so may not happen for a while, but think it is coming Anyone have any views Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I am also in Gib, last year I got payout on annual basis doubled, had a big fight to achieve this, PM if you wish I do not wish to put too much detail on open forum I probably know a lot more than most advisers in Gib We will also need the Gib government to update their rules in their parliament, if my assumptions are correct Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
