How would you know what they've earned or otherwise?   Another fully reasonable comment keeping up the Thaivisa standard.  Could you explain rationally why they are "idiots"?  No?  I thought not.

 

Even wealthy families have at some stage had to earn it, it doesn't materialise out of thin air.

I wonder if these HiSo's considered they still have a pay a monthly phone bill (probably a couple thousand baht) with their "beautiful" phone numbers?   Sure hope they included that in their cost analysis of the "total" cost of the number.

Maybe not phone numbers however every person can nominate their own vehicle registration number for a fee. I have no idea of the number of these 'vanity' plates on the road however it is quite a lot.
