Maybe you will need to find their number and give them a call. I havent seen any reports about this particular consulate on here for quite some time. Hopefully someone else can answer, but if you are married, yes, you can apply for that visa but the only question is if that consulate issues that type of 1 year visa..................

At last report they did issue multi entry non immigrant O visas. I don't know of any consulate in that US that would not issue multi entry based on marriage.

I just sent you an email on this forum w/the information. I lived in Denver and have received 2 non-imm-o visas from them. Any questions either email or p/m me back. Good luck,
