November 30, 20169 yr Jatuporn’s request for bail rejected again BANGKOK: -- Red-shirt leader Jatuporn Promphan’s fourth attempt to seek bail for himself was rejected by the Criminal Court on Wednesday on the ground that there was no reason to change its previous order. In his request for bail, Jatuporn’s lawyer Mr Winyat Chartmontri told the court that his client had been detained for more than a month now and he was already suffering and missed his wife and children so much. The lawyer went on saying that Jatuporn felt guilty for breaking the conditions imposed by the court for granting him bail and promised to abide by any conditions to be imposed by the court upon him if he was granted another bail. However, the court rejected the plea for bail, reasoning that there was no reason to change its previous order. November 30, 20169 yr LOL anyone feeling sorry for this wooden top Bail for what ? I am red shirt doesn't work anymore why not burn down (Bangkok) your prison cell, that should get some attention How about looking at your finances and see exactly how you earn a living...........hit'em where it hurts
November 30, 20169 yr LOL. Give it up, Jutty! You are inside until at least after the 2017 2018 election.
November 30, 20169 yr It's hard to feel sorry for the protagonists (Jatuporn, and Prayut and his cronies) in this particular "battle" for the hearts and minds of the Thai people. For Jatuporn it's a question of his freedom (because, he "... missed his wife and children so much..."). But for Prayut, it must be enough to make him want to bang his head against the wall - a decision where he is damned if he does and damned if he doesn't !!! Does he intercede so this "thorn in his side" can gain his freedom, or does he keep him locked-up and risk this becoming martyrdom ???
November 30, 20169 yr Please give my client bail as he's already been detained for one month and misses his wife and children ! Hardly a Rumpole of The Bailey or a Perry Mason style submission.
December 1, 20169 yr Like I have said, he should just tell the court he needs to visit his grandmother who is going into labour...
December 1, 20169 yr Why he makes so many requests for bail, before he claimed he was ready to serve his sentence, doesn't he like the inside by any chance or is his mouth bigger than his mind?
December 1, 20169 yr In his request for bail, Jatuporn’s lawyer Mr Winyat Chartmontri told the court that his client had been detained for more than a month now and he was already suffering and missed his wife and children so much. Leave him where he is, he doesn't learn anything when he is free, perhaps it might eventually sink in that the glory days of burning city hall are over. I don't know where his income stems from but I know that he explained his homes and millions of baht in Buddhist artifacts as "people like to give me things". Seems a bit dodgy to me but I guess it works for him.
December 1, 20169 yr Before he went to prison,he said he was not afraid to go to prison, now he is doing anything to try and get out, I suspect he made the statement thinking he would have been given bail in about a week, now he realises this is not going to happen,he must be crying on to his pillow every night, so just lets forget about him,he's not such a big mouth now is he.5555 regards worgeordie
December 1, 20169 yr A confirmed trouble maker. best keep him off the streets for as long as possible !
December 1, 20169 yr I don't understand why he should be bailed out I don't understand why he thinks he should get bail and I don't understand why Nattawut is still free

December 1, 20169 yr Why do they waste the courts time with these repeated requests for bail? You lost your chance at bail. End of story. Suck it up.

December 1, 20169 yr In a land not faraway repeated appearances covering the same issue would be followed by a short sharp sentence for wasting the court's time.

Just what I was thinking. Perhaps an extra three months for each spurious attempt for a get out of jail free card?

Let somebody else stick his head over the parapet and it will surely become the target. 8 hours ago, webfact said: In his request for bail, Jatuporn’s lawyer Mr Winyat Chartmontri told the court that his client had been detained for more than a month now and he was already suffering and missed his wife and children so much. As for the latest weak excuse I can offer this argument. If you miss your wife and children so much then why do you keep opening your mouth? You should know by now how much trouble that gets you into.

December 1, 20169 yr It should be mentioned that the reason why his bail has been revoked is because he criticized the Junta........
December 1, 20169 yr I wonder how many lives this thug has ruined in the past, the shoe is on the other foot now, som na nah 555... Edited December 1, 20169 yr by merlin2002

Waldroj, we got off to a rocky start a good while back (and it was my fault) but I appreciate your thoughts on most matters, some of the commentary beggars belief, so thanks for providing a little quality now and then.

Or even mentioned that he openly and regularly engaged in the political activities his bail conditions prohibited. But that doesn't fit your agenda so well. Just like failing to mention the very serious charges he is on bail for.
