BANGKOK: -- THE NATIONAL Reform Steering Assembly (NRSA) yesterday claimed it had accomplished an achievement regarding the country’s major reforms by formulating 108 proposals, several of which assembly members said had been implemented, on the occasion of the assembly’s first anniversary.

 

The proposals, divided into 12 categories, include needed reforms of the legal framework and public administration, according to NRSA president Captain Thinnaphan Nakhata and his team. 


As part of the so-called “Five Rivers of Power” – which include the NCPO, the Cabinet, the NRSA, the National Legislative Assembly and the Constitution Drafting Commission – the assembly proposed several reform plans to Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha for consideration and implementation, Thinnaphan said.
