BANGKOK: -- PRIME Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha said yesterday he had not made a final decision on his Cabinet reshuffle but added that whoever was appointed would have to work under the framework set by the National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO).

 

The prime minister, who is also head of the ruling NCPO, said he had the authority to issue commands by himself regardless of the Cabinet.

 

Prayut stressed that his government was extraordinary, and unlike civilian ones where ministerial positions matter in a diverse multi-party government.

No rush, take your time Khun Prayut, you are doing a great job, but please somewhere in your busy schedule can you organize a group to come down to Pattaya and move the people who have completely (and illegally) taken over the sidewalks in many places :)

Some of the culprits have even commandeered half of the street as well as the sidewalk !

Yes we have gotten the point on this. The word extraordinary seems a bit out of place though. Does he have  plummage?
