A total of 17 districts in Surat Thani have been affected by the flood, while nine districts have begun to recover.

But the tourists are there in double the number? They enjoy to come to see the rain?

Not sure what tourists and flooding have in comment, but i hope this has minimal impact on the good citizens of Thailand. They have been through enough over the last 2 years.
