Criminal Record Check without copy of Thai work permit

Hello everyone,

I worked in Thailand for 7 years ago in a duration of 1.5 years. Now I need a criminal check from Thai police for the time I stayed. I went to Thai embassy in my current coutry (France) but they asked me a copy of Thai work permit. Unfortulately I did not keep this copy after such a long time.

So anyone has an experience in obtainning a Criminical Check without a copy of Thai working permit? I sent some emails to the Police Clearance Service Center but there is no response from them. For information, I can make a travel to Thailand then ask directment this kind of paper overthere but i need to be sure it is possible to do it without copy of working permit.

Thank you in advance!

Link above is the reference point from my industry based org.

I suggest though, you reflect if you had stepped outside thailand once or so, inside that 12 month period or the time limits stated, and then critically review process.

Also I was under the impression, but could be wrong, that WP docs were technically supposed to be returned, i.e  not retained anyhow.

I think the fingerprint is a more stringent check level depending on domestic requirements.
