Maybole
I cannot find a specific forum to post this in. Last Tuesday I posted a Christmas Parcel to my grandweans in Chiang mai. Since most previous items have failed to arrive (believed stolen) I usually register any item with a tracking service to ensure delivery. This time I forgot. Imagine my surprise when my daughter skyped me to announce its he arrival this afternoon ( Thursday) Well done Thailand Mail.
Thanyaburi Mac
Often a PO Box at the local post office helps to ensure delivery, if only because fewer people in the delivery chain. Mac
mick220675
I think a PO box is essential if you have important postal delivery's. My mail was never delivered to our address, it was normally left at neighbours houses or the local shop, often weeks would go by before someone would tell me they had a letter for me. The record was 51 days from the post mark date to delivery (TOT bill), some times mail would simply never get to me.
