circusman
Hello I am trying to find out if an old friend in Thailand is ok. I knew him for 16 years until I returned to the usa. We had been emailing until it stopped recently (Nov. 7) He last was working at a PTT Amazon coffee shop in Ayuttaya, Thailand. There are 3 shops with that name there. I can not find a phone number for any of them. I just want to know that he is ok. Do you readers have any suggestions for me? ezzra
Well, if you miss your friend so much take a trip to Ayutthaya and ask the people in those shops and in the area, otherwise, try the social media like FB and alike....

lopburi3
Ask on foursquare? https://th.foursquare.com/v/cafe-amazon-at-ptt-ayuthaya/4ca582f0d971b1f77c82f7e0 Or Facebook https://www.facebook.com/pages/Cafe-Amazon-PTT-Ayutthaya/121956457880939 Or for PTT Jiffy https://th.foursquare.com/v/cafe-amazon-คาเฟ-อเมซอน/4bf4a6e598ac0f470b5264a8 I suspect phone number would be the current operator cel phone so probably changes Edit: See dave has posted some numbers above so that should be a good starting point. circusman
I am not in Thailand so can not go myself to those places. I certainly will try those phone numbers. Thanks very much for all your helpful ideas.
circusman
So far no answer at those numbers. I think without someone in Ayuthya going to these 3 shops I will never know the outcome. This is really sad.
daveAustin
Numbers were taken off G Maps which unfortunately is quite unreliable. Going Facebook might be the best approach as Lop suggested, or trawling the cafe Amazon site store locator page. Granted, you'd need to understand Thai script.
