“I’m going full steam ahead with the suit against the Anti-Money Laundering Office [AMLO] and its former secretary-general Sihanart Prayoonrat,” said Eric Levine, founder of California Fitness clubs and its branch here, CAWOW.

Simple, Buyer Beware.

Lifetime membership ? People still had to pay money any month or one time each year.

I doubt any court is going to find a high-ranking civil servant, police colonel, ex secretary-general of AMLO, now an advisor to AMLO guilty of anything.

Mr Levine may be giving out these statements to improve his reputation before subsequently launching another business, a string of fitness centres perhaps.

Can the authorities tell us Mr Eric Levine's address, most ex-members would like to see the "good and honest" guy about our membership fees which have yet to be refunded. If a legal suit is filed, it should have the current location of Mr Eric Levine, if not simply throw it out.
