I believe I have mentioned my friend who is a teacher working in a near by school in Min Buri who does border runs every 90 days or so.

Well I guess some one called or complained and reported him to the Thai immigration as they came yesterday to his condo and carted him off for questioning from his home and his girl friend is worried as he has not returned or called her and such.

So now what are his options and where will they have taken him and can he every return to Thailand if they have booted him out?

It exemplifies the plight of the apparently work-permit-less teacher in Thailand.

Regardless of the reason for the initiation of the actions against him, the risk certainly seems very real for many, many people in his situation.

I would doubt it was an overstay because he seems to be always on a visa run but do I know for sure..No..Wp ..Very possible..Do I really know more then that..SIgh..No
