Does anyone knows how to be legal when working in 2 different Thai companies?

I have a valid work permit in one of these companies but as i will work for a second company at the same time, ive asked (the second company) them to do me another work permit.

But it seems that you can t get a valid work permit for 2 companies that aren t the same.

It s a bit confusing, but is it possible to get 2 work permit when working for 2 different companies?

- I m working in Company "A" as a music technician at night time.

I have a valid work permit with company "A".

- Now i will also work with Company "B", as a marketing manager in day time.

How do i do to get legal (tax, work permit etc...) at company "B"?

Company "B" told me that i had to cancel my work permit with company "A" if i wanted to get a work permit from them.

You just apply for the work permit and file a PNd #1 ( monthly withholding tax)

Company "B" told me that i had to cancel my work permit with company "A" if i wanted to get a work permit from them.

They are misinformed.
