I've just noticed it and started looking through this sub-forum to see if I could find any info about it too, when I saw your post. I use Firefox, but just tried Chrome and it's the same too. Absolutely the same issue, I can't read the details at the top of the page, unless I move the mouse to hover over a tab further away.
