How do you get a Valuaction on a House.

Featured Replies

I am currently renting a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Single Storey Town House in Central Pattaya in a cul de sac between 3rd Road and Soi Arunotai

It has a new kitchen at the front, the old kitchen was at the back and could be converted into a 3rd Bedroom albeit like the small second bedroom there is no natural light.

The Electrics all look to be reasonably new, Bathrooms are decent enough, there is a garden/parking area at he front across the small access road, I am unsure who that belongs to.

The owner asked me if I wanted to buy it, it would be for my long term partner and her son as and when I depart the planet.

How would I get a 'true' valuation on it, both neighbours are long term and there are no other similar properties for sale ?
