Since the Immigration online site is down I need to mail my 90 day report in next Monday. On item number 1. the third line that says -current visa. I am on an extension of stay and my new passport only has my original visa details that was transferred into it by immigration. Should I include that page with the original visa details or does this line apply only if you have a visa that is still valid? The original visa was an Non-OA and I have done extentions for five years. All the rest of the documents I have already put in the envelope including the last item in number 1. my last extenson of visa copy page. Thanks in advance.

  1. Photocopy of passport pages with following pages
    - front page showing name / surname / Passport No., ect.
    - current visa
    - last entry stamp of immigration
    - last extension of visa
  2. Photocopy of departure card TM.6 click to view Example TM.6 card
  3. Previous notifications of staying over 90 days (if any) click to view Example document
  4. Completely filled in and signed notification form TM.47 click to view Example document (Don't forget to sign name.)
  5. Envelope with 10 Baht stamp affixed and return address of foreigner for the officer in charge to send back the lower part of form TM. 47 after having received the notification. This part must be kept for reference and for future notifications of staying over 90 days.

       6. The above mentioned documents must be sent by registered mail and the receipt of the registration kept by the foreigner.

The stamp immigration immigration did when you got a new passport is what they will want.

I send my  reports by EMS and put 40 baht worth of stamps on the return envelope for it to be sent EMS back. No tracking of the return but that gets it back to me quick and EMS is special delivery instead of the normal post person. I also have EMS in large red letters printed on the envelope.

Maybe too late now in the OP's case, but one issue which I've encountered with my last 2 mail-ins to Rayong Immigration is that, while EMS tracking indicated that my reports were out for delivery the day after I had posted them, successful delivery was not, in the event, completed until the following day. It would appear, as a result of a complaint which I had made to Thailand Post, that the original delivery postman had, in his infinite wisdom, decided that mine would be his very last delivery that day, with the result that the immigration office had closed by the time he eventually got there!

Fortunately Rayong Immigration did not take exception to my reports finally turning up at their end 1 date late, but other immigration offices might not, of course, be quite so tolerant in such circumstances. My advice to everyone intending to mail in their reports, therefore, would be to aim for delivery the day before the "7 days before the due reporting date" deadline (as I shall be doing from now on, despite the assurance which I received from Thailand Post that all EMS items addressed to the immigration office would be placed at the top of the delivery postman's panier from now on).
