tutsiwarrior Posted December 29, 2016 Share Posted December 29, 2016 to the OP buy yerself a good cheap chef's knife that's easy to sharpen and chopping veges won't be such a chore...in Thailand the cheap knives don't take an edge very well and that expensive european crap needs a goddam power grinder... also look for a good sharpener...I like the type with the little sharpening 'V' that you drag along the knife edge...works good fer me...
