I'm an American on a VOA. From January 2007 i will travel back and forth to Spore (once a week to Spore for 1-day then back again) for a TV engagement. My questions are:

1. Do they tally based on accumulated days for a year or do they tally based on calendar year (which would mean it all starts from fresh as of January 2007)?

2. What's the best alternative regarding visa for my situation?

3. Does having a lot of in-out stamps in a person's visa present raise eyebrows with immigration?

4. Previousely I had work permit/multiple-re-entry non-imm status (for approximately 2-years), the expired stamps are still tatooed in my passport. Will this affect they way they consider my passport?

Thanks

There is no VOA for US Nationals. You enter for 30 days on a visa free entry.

If you reach 90 in any 180 day period you are out for 90 days from that date as far as anyone knows thus far. You are free to obtain and use visa entry during this period.

Thanks Maestro for clearing that up. The mind boggles at the classifications and stipulations.

What are your suggestions for bopping back and forth?

Believe you will have problems trying to keep up a weekly one day run. Perhaps you should be looking for employment/extension of stay so that you can obtain multi re entry permit, or at least a multi entry non immigrant visa.
