Welcome to Hollyweed: vandal alters iconic Hollywood sign above Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES: -- Avandal with a sense of humour has altered the iconic Hollywood sign set in the hills above Los Angeles to read "Hollyweed".

 

Security cameras showed a man dressed all in black scaling the signat around 3am on New Year's Day and throwing huge black and white tarpaulins over the Os so as to change the shape of the letters. 

 

One of the tarpaulins was reportedly decorated with a peace sign, and another with a heart.

Might have been Bojack Horseman and Mr. Peanut Butter. They have done it before.

Very sad, indeed

To be honest I don't see the need for the word 'vandal'.

It's a prank that does no one any harm.

Use vandal if he cut the signs down or damaged them beyond repair.

great to bring attention to the fact that some law makers see the sense in making a harmless drug legal.

Even if it's been done before, stuff like this still put's a smile on people's faces and is greatly needed in times when so many headlines read death and destruction, chaos and mayhem.
