petsounds
I'm going to apply for my wife who is British for a spouse visa along side my retirement visa.I already have our marriage certificate legalised from the UK. Does our marriage certificate need to be translated into Thai and get an official Thai stamp? Thanks in advance to a reply.Sent from my iPhone using Thaivisa Connect
ubonjoe
Does your wife already have a non-o visa to apply for an extension as your dependent? I assume you have a extension of stay based upon retirement not a visa. Or do you have OA visa from an embassy, A translation is not required since your marriage certificate is in English. Lite Beer
Just now, petsounds said: I have a retirement visa Sent from my iPhone using Thaivisa Connect There is no such thing. Do you have a Non Imm O Visa? A Non Imm O-A Visa? A 12 month extension from Immigration?
petsounds
So translation would not be required? The Thai immigration would not want it in Thai as well?Sent from my iPhone using Thaivisa Connect

Lite Beer
You have a 12 month extension of stay. Your Wife has a Multi entry Non Imm O Visa. During the final 30 days of any stay she can apply for the same extension as you as your dependent.
