Hello everybody, I am curious to hear your experiences about the delivery times from Western Europe to here ?

My mum sent me a package a day or two before Xmas and it still hasn't arrived yet..

i see Thailand had two days off for New Years but still... Wow!

i found dhl or FedEx to be a slower time to Bangkok than regular deutschepost  

DHL usually takes 2 to 4  working days to deliver but check your Air Waybill number (tracking number) to see where it is.

 

The package might have stuck in the customs

have you checked your tracking number ?

 

DHL will try and ring you once for delivery.....if you dont answer, they  will then put it in storage ...

 

or in another case,  delivered to wrong address and website undated as received !

So it was sent economy DHL

 

although it has been stuck in

 

"will update once arrived in destination country" for almost 2 weeks now

 

very lengthy

.. call them ..2 weeks is ridiculous !!
