Second Visa on arrival

Recommended Posts

Hello folks!

I'm ciziten of Ukraine. Is it allowed to get second visa on arrival?

Plan following

Arrival to BKK, getting VOA, stay for 8 days.

Flight DMK > RGN, stay for 6-7 days in Myanmar

Flight RGN > DMK, another stay in Thai for 7-8 days.

Flight from BKK back home.

Question is - will they issue second VOA? I will have all necessary tickets booked.

Thanks for replies.

I would not expect you would have a problem getting two VOAs, especially given that your initial visit is only a few days. I am assuming you have not visited Thailand frequently in the past. If you have, that might change things.

EDIT: It is worth mentioning that, if you apply for a single entry tourist visa before the end of February, it is issued free. You could then get a re-entry permit (1,000 baht) to keep the 60 days initial permission to stay valid when you return from Myanmar. This would avoid (twice) braving the zoo that is the visa on arrival desk at Suvarnabhumi.
