LeungKen
My internet was down from about 4:30 yesterday afternoon. The football match I wanted to watch at 3:00 this morning was missed due to no connection, but all good at 8:00 this morning.

Seems only their cable(s) ran along the collapsed bridges. Other providers might have taken another route (just speculating). The short summary also implies it was a "southern" problem. No it was a nationwide for almost all international connections of ToT. Connections to the south will likely connect down to Singapore, THE internet hub for South East Asia.
