Cialis, Viagra as well as Sidegra (Thai generic of Viagra) are all prescription drugs and you need to see a doctor before.

Now some pharmacies might sell you some without prescription, BUT remember that also lot of street pharmacies are selling copies.

Now I'm even more confused, LOL...  So If I walk off the street, I could get bunk drugs at a pharmacy.  Ok.  I could probably get a prescription at home, but damn they make it so embarrassing!

Don't listen to all the little snowflake scaredy cats who probably haven't played in a decade.

But do not buy it from those Thai shysters on the street.  Go to a proper pharmacy.

I recommend the largish pharmacy a few doors west of the gas station on the corner of soi 4 and Sukhumvit.  I've been buying all manner of medication from them for over a decade and have never been disappointed.

A four-pill blister pack of Kamagra, Indian knock-off of Viagra, is 350 baht, and trust me, it works just FINE, and contains no rat poison.  They probably sell a Cialis knock-off as well (Apicalis?), but I haven't taken that in years; it works for days but gives me an awful headache around noon the day after taking it...not fun.  Do seek a doctor's advice if you have heart or blood pressure problems, etc...but otherwise, don't worry about it too much.  Start with a quarter of a pill and see what that does for you.  I believe they will slice the pills in half for you if you ask.

Kamagra is illegal in several countries because it's safety has never been tested.  And it's copied just as widely as other drugs here.
