JetsetBkk
I've been given an old Asus Ultrabook and have just about finished setting it up with Windows 10 . I was running it tonight and a message popped up that the battery was getting low so I plugged in the charger. Hovering the mouse over the battery icon in the System Tray it said "Plugged in, not charging". I checked the output from the charger and it was correct, so I Googled the problem and the solution is to remove the charger, shut Windows down, hold the power button down for 60+ seconds and start up again. I plugged the charger in again and, sure enough, Windows now reports it is charging. Isn't that the most stupid bug you have ever heard of? Well, maybe not, but tonight I thought so!
