I had an ADSL connection living 1 km out the village.

Went to Udon Thani TOT office to ask if I could switch to fiber.

Good news: can do, will come install next week.

So they came, installed including wifi router, tested and went off, nothing explained, nothing to pay, nothing to sign.

Fiber a lot better than ADSL , several speed tests showed around 15/5 Mbps, very stable.

Waited for first updated invoice: 590B+VAT

OK, I want upgrade to 30/15 with or withouth iptv, 750B or 800B

Went back to their office: Can't do....

You have contract Fiber for 3  months, need to wait to 17 March to request upgrade...
