Police in Bangkok announced the arrest of a Laotian man and woman on Friday for selling guns and ammunition online.

The suspects - who were not named - were running a business selling guns and adapting them to customer specifications.

They were caught with various weaponry plus ammunition and bankbooks as incriminating evidence.

They had guns for sale varying in prices from 6,000 to 15,000 baht depending on the make, kind and caliber.

The pair had connections to others in Ubon, Kanchanaburi and the surround ding areas of the capital.

The arrests are part of a continuing crackdown on online arms sales by 191 and the tourist police.

I have a cut-off saw, sticky tape and a hammer like those in the photo - are they illegal   :shock1:

Same here. Could well be illegitimate all of a sudden, who knows in La-la-land ruled by the 'infamous 44'.

Well, persons concerned should probably hide away all tools with the ordnance, just to make sure.

I also foresee a major crackdown on workshops, garages, factories ... but what about scissors, nail-files and staplers or the like ...? Butter knives?
