steve2112 Posted January 28, 2017 Share Posted January 28, 2017 my wife has a lot of aches and pains in her shoulders and i think maybe try yoga. she actually did some yoga at a hot yoga place on sai yuan but if didn't really help, it was quite fast and hard work, i think she wants to try something a bit more stretchy and less exhausting any recommendations? thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
