gk10002000 Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 Just sitting here watching the channel 6 news in San Diego, California, and the reporter stated that the USA is now looking at requiring travelers and immigrants to give personal and social information, no dissimilar to what Thailand kind of started recently: Social Media pages, commonly visited websites, etc.
theoldgit Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 Citizens from visa waiver countries have to apply online for ESTA which is an electronic permission to travel to the US. As well as being required to submit all your personal details and history you're asked for details of social media use, and have been for some time. Answering that section is, for the present, discretionary. theoldgit
